The former Soviet republic of Belarus lies between Poland and Russia. It is one of the most developed industrial and agricultural economies in the region.

Population: 10 million. Languages: Belarussian, Russian. Main religions: Orthodox, Roman Catholic.

CBM activities Visits twice a year are made by UK visitors. Our members are scattered, but those who can come to Minsk for the 6-monthly meetings, and smaller groups meet monthly in various cities. A mini Bible School is held in Minsk once a year.

Ecclesias It is not possible to form an ecclesia in Belarus as Christadelphians are not registered and the penalty for meeting formally is severe. There are about 34 members.
